This year's exhibit hall will be open from Tuesday Aug 18th through Thursday Aug 20th.
While registering, you MUST enter the booth attendees contact information in the guest section provided (up to the 2 allowed).
Additional booth attendees above the 2 must pre-register under option 2c. Extra Exhibit Pass.
NOTE: You MUST send in the signed Exhibitor Agreement Form BEFORE you register. Booth cancellation and booth fees refund deadline is Aug 1, 2026. No booth related fees will be refunded after this date.
NASFM will be using a 3rd party for exhibit setup, and this information will be sent to the registered party's email address at least 90 days prior to the show.

Conference breaks for one day will be announced as sponsored by company with appropriate signage prominently located near refreshments.

Your company will supply a minimum of 750 neck wallet style lanyard for the event.
Style and artwork of lanyard to be determined in consultation with NASFM staff (neck wallet style). Upon registering, please contact admin@firemarshals.org for approval.

Your organization will supply a minimum of 500 conference attendee bags, which will include the NASFM logo along with your company logo, to hold conference information and goodies. Bag and artwork must be approved by NASFM.
Due to production time, registration for this item must be completed 60 days prior to the event.
Bags will be made available to attendees for the exhibit hall.
Bags are due on site, no later than 1 week prior to the event.

Sponsor's logo will be prominently displayed on the conference app in multiple locations with verbiage confirming their sponsorship.
Sponsor's logo will also be displayed as part of the scrolling break presentation.
Due to required lead times, logo must be provided 60 days prior to the start of the event.

Company will supply 600 flyers which will be placed at attendee seating positions prior to the start of each day's events.
Price is for one day of placement. Total available is three days.
Flyers must be delivered to NASFM at a location to be designated, at least one week prior to the start of the event. Please contact admin@firemarshals.org to coordinate delivery.

This is to have the sponsors logo and the NASFM logo placed on custom branded stationary, pens, or other items to be provided to all attendees. NASFM and the sponsor will work together on the design. The sponsoring organization must provide 600 of the items designed.
