Please note that exhibits and sponsorship are considered part of the full event and will be handled as part of the NASFM Fire Prevention and Safety Symposium (so the above guides will all refer to the Fire Prevention Symposium, but it is the same event and your registration covers all events). You can register for an exhibit space here as well as under that event.
All organizations wishing to exhibit MUST SIGN AND RETURN the Exhibit Space Agreement form to NASFM prior to completing the registration process.
To complete your registration, pay with your credit card online, or select the "invoice me" option during registration. Your payment must be received by August 9th. For more information, or if you need assistance in registering, please email admin@firemarshals.org or call 407-232-2807.
Conference and Event registration deadline is 5:00 PM Eastern August 10th, 2026.
No registrations or refunds will be allowed after this date.
All registered attendees are welcome to attend the Monday evening, social event at the hotel. Details will become available when the conference agenda is posted in the future. Shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the Hyatt Regency Orange County. Registrants will be emailed information on the conference app approximately 60 days prior to the event.
